Which areas do you cover?
We cover the whole of Somerset and parts of Gloucestershire and Wiltshire.
Is delivery free?
Delivery is free within a 10 mile radius of Timber Games HQ, Midsomer Norton, Somerset. Outside of that radius we charge £1 per mile. For example, delivery to Weston Super-Mare (26 miles from Midsomer Norton) would cost £52 (delivery and collection). Delivery cost will be confirmed on the quote.
Can I collect the games?
Yes, collection is free of charge.
Is there an additional charge for set up?
If set up is required, a charge will be added per game.
Do you have insurance?
We do have Public Liability cover insurance. Please let us know if your venue requires a copy of the certificate.
What is the duration of the hire?
Usually, we will deliver the items on the morning of the event and collect the evening/morning after. Depending on the time of the event we can be flexible. If you choose to collect the games, we are more flexible with timings.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
Yes, a deposit is required for all bookings. Providing that the games are returned in an acceptable, undamaged condition, then the deposit will be returned within 14 days of the event. If damages occur which is worth more than the deposit amount, a new invoice will be created for the remaining balance.
When is the final payment due?
Final payment is due, along with the damages deposit, a month before your event. Without full payment, no games will be delivered or collected.
Are your games suitable for indoor use?
Yes, please enquire for more information.
Do we get a refund due to the weather?
We all know that British weather can be somewhat unpredictable, that’s why at Timber Games, most of the games are designed to be suitable for wet weather. Unfortunately, no refunds can be given due to bad weather. If you are unfortunate, please place the games in a dry location.
Will my venue allow your games?
Most venues will allow our games to be showcased. Ideally, the games should be placed on a flat and spacious area.
You don’t stock the game that I want!

Are the games manned?
Unfortuantely, we cannot stay and enjoy the fun of your event. However, adults are required to accompany children whilst playing the games.
How do I pay?
Via bank transfer.
Is it too late to change my mind?
Of course you can change your mind, subject to availability!
